By accessing or using CCSafe services, including website development, website hosting, cybersecurity monitoring, maintenance, consulting, and subscription-based services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Customers must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activities under your account.
CCSafe reserves the right to suspend accounts with fraudulent, inaccurate, or unauthorized information.
Certain services are provided through monthly or annual subscriptions. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
All fees are payable in advance unless otherwise specified. Failure to make payment may result in suspension or termination of services.

Website development deposits are generally non-refundable once project work has begun.
Subscription fees already billed are non-refundable except where required by law.

CCSafe retains ownership of proprietary software, systems, security methodologies, documentation, and branding.
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership rights to custom website content and approved project deliverables unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement.
CCSafe provides cybersecurity services intended to reduce risk. No cybersecurity solution can guarantee complete protection against all threats, vulnerabilities, attacks, or data breaches.
Clients acknowledge that cybersecurity is a shared responsibility.
CCSafe strives for high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Maintenance windows, third-party outages, and circumstances beyond our control may impact service availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CCSafe shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
CCSafe's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer during the previous twelve (12) months.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict of law principles.
